1. Order Processing Time
Our warehouse team completes full order validation, product quality inspection and dedicated bag packaging within 1–3 business days upon successful order confirmation. Weekends and Hong Kong SAR public holidays are excluded and do not count towards standard processing timelines.
During major promotional events, seasonal shopping surges and holiday peak periods, increased order volumes may slightly prolong routine processing procedures. We will send formal email notifications to customers promptly if any substantial processing delays occur, ensuring full transparency of order status.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are dynamically calculated based on your package’s weight, dimension and final delivery destination. All applicable shipping costs will be clearly presented on the checkout page before payment confirmation for your reference.

All stated delivery durations are estimated reference values and do not constitute guaranteed delivery schedules. Actual transit periods may be affected by unforeseen factors including courier service delays, ongoing customs clearance procedures, extreme weather events, cross-border logistical limitations and regional public holidays.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your bag order completes all pre-shipment inspections and is officially dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email equipped with your unique tracking code and official logistics inquiry information.
Tracking data will not activate immediately after dispatch. Due to global logistics system synchronization rules, real-time tracking details and parcel transit status will be fully accessible within 24 to 48 hours after shipment.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are required to thoroughly verify and confirm the accuracy, completeness and deliverability of their shipping address, postal code and recipient contact information during the checkout process.
YUK WING CHUNG shall not assume any liability for misdelivery, delivery failure or parcel returns caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers. Any package returned to our warehouse due to address errors will incur additional reshipping fees, which shall be fully borne by the customer for re-delivery services.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages:
If your parcel is confirmed missing or untraceable during international transit, please contact our customer support team and provide your valid order number within 7 days following the expected delivery date to initiate an official logistics investigation.
Damaged Items:
If your bag products arrive with fabric scratches, deformed structures, broken hardware accessories or damaged outer packaging upon receipt, please submit a after-sales request within 48 hours of delivery. Clear, original and unedited photos of both damaged items and complete packaging are required for verification. Our professional team will review your case and resolve the issue efficiently.
6. Bag Care and Usage Notice
Each of our bag products comes with exclusive material-specific care instructions. Proper daily usage, regular cleaning and scientific storage methods can effectively avoid premature wear, fading and deformation, maximizing the service life of your bags.
YUK WING CHUNG is exempt from liability for product damage, wear, deformation and accessory failure caused by improper cleaning, overloading, rough handling, unauthorized modification or personal misuse of bag products.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
All cross-border international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance taxes and other administrative fees imposed by local customs authorities of the destination country. All such additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or standard shipping fees.
